the room i had was small the bathroom felt cramped i expected more space for the price it also lacked a coffee machine which i really missed also the housekeeping forgot towels one day i had to call and wait i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber

the room was smaller than expected (i stayed in a beautiful double room). there was no coffee machine, which i would expect for the price. the service at breakfast was slow and the selection was not great.

i found the staff attentive. they helped with every issue. the location is fantastic it is in the heart of downtown. i walked to uffizi and many restaurants within minutes.

i couldn't find an iron. the key card used for electricity seemed temperamental. lights would sometimes go off. some plug sockets didn't work either.
